POSITION:

International Cultivation Supply Strategic Accounts Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Strategic Accounts Manager maintains and expands relationships with strategically important, large customers on a national and international basis. The Strategic Accounts Manager represents the entire range of cultivation products and support to customers, while leading the customer account planning cycle and ensuring assigned customers’ needs and expectations are met by the company. The Strategic Accounts Manager will work with staff based in Colorado and California.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generation and completion of cultivation supply lists for commercial cultivation operations with respect to: lead times, bulk purchase pricing and discounts, customer questions and comments
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Coordinates with company personnel to communicate the support, service, and management resources needed to perform company objectives and meet customers’ expectations
  • Meets assigned revenue targets and strategic objectives for assigned accounts
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and communicates customers’ products status through all stages of logistics from sale til it product arrives to client’s location
  • Leads solution development efforts that best address customers’ needs

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts
  • Meets assigned expectations for profitability
  • Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management e.g. Product research to fulfill clients’ requests. Recommending and shifting client product usage from one item to a more strategic one.
  • Completes strategic customer account plans that meet company standards e.g
  • Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company goals

IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD HAVE

  • Experience with commercial horticultural sales
  • Project management skills
  • Experience with shipping and coordinating logistics domestically and internationally
  • Experience growing within controlled environments
  • Self-Motivated with ability to work remotely and travel
  • Experience with logistic
  • Technologically capable
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-3 years experience
  • Based in the Grand Junction or Denver, Colorado area
