Comp: $80,000 to $90,000 base salary DOE plus robust bonus based on production volume and quality targets

The Position
We are looking for an expert Cultivation Manager to ensure the health and success of cannabis crop production at our greenhouse in Carpinteria. The perfect candidate is not only passionate and knowledgeable about the cannabis plant itself, but also a strong leader with proven management skills and the ability to motivate a crew of greenhouse labor to exceed production targets.
At a high-level, the Cultivation Manager is responsible for all plant-related and crop production duties from propagation up to harvest at our 200,000 square foot licensed cultivation facility in Carpinteria.
