As Cultivation Director, we expect that you will have expertise with grow-house system design, plant nutrition, crop and pest management, grow-houses IT systems, software, sensors and controls and staff training. You must understand the commercial cannabis industry in Oregon and help us achieve our full potential by growing the best product. Responsibilities for the entire growing process from seedling to transplanting to insect control; Oversee and direct the entire horticulture staff; Implementing horticulture staff training protocols and program; Determine staffing needs and support recruiting and hiring process; Develop expertise with all horticulture systems including computer-controlled climate systems, hydroponic and traditional soil systems; Product quality, plant yields and meeting production goals; Working with the Metrc Manager to obtain and manage OLCC regulations and certification; Interfacing with leadership team to communicate advancement of company and personal goals; Responsible for supporting company expansion goals and managing entire cannabis growing operations.
