We are hiring for Cannabis Cultivation Associates in the Pueblo area! We are looking for two professional, timely, and flexible individuals who can join our cultivation family. Our client is looking for people who have a passion for organic growing practices and look at cannabis as medicine. As a cultivation associate, you will be assisting with all phases of the growing process.
Duties include:
- Setting up grow and plants
- Maintaining plant health, pH, watering, etc.
- Transplanting and Cloning
- Harvesting duties like defanning, curing, and trimming
- Assist wherever else needed around the grow
Employment: Contract to Hire
3 month trial period than hired on by client.
$12/hr during trial period
$14/hr after 90 day review
Eligble for up to 80% Health/Dental two months into being hired on
