Job Description:
The Crop Care Specialist handles all aspects of crop care in accordance with regulatory requirements and company procedures with the guidance of supervisors, and ensure optimum crop health throughout the cultivation process to deliver superior product to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Observation and evaluation of potential risks to plant health. Risks include but are not limited to pests, diseases, environment, and facility issues
- Communicate observed plant status and risks to designated supervisor(s)
- Perform activities in accordance with best safety practices and company policies and operational procedures
- Perform agricultural tasks including but not limited to: De-leafing, watering, harvesting, moving tables, filling pots, cloning, scouting, sanitizing work areas and tools
- Perform activities in accordance with applicable procedures, including Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP, GDP, etc.)
- Participate and demonstrate competence in all training sessions offered for role specific requirements, and general company information/practices
- Productivity Tracking – accurately enter all hours of work and observations in the labor tracking system
- Quality – incorporate personal integrity in daily tasks to ensure optimum production in cultivation operations
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED preferred.
Experience:
- 6 months experience as an agricultural operator preferred, but not required.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Physical dexterity, including the ability to bend, twist, and climb ladders
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Comfortable with heights of 10-15 feet while working on raised trolley platform
- Ability to work in temperatures that may exceed 100 degrees
- Ability to follow instructions that include small details
- Comfortable around beneficial insects
- Must clear background check for Nevada Agent Card system
