What We're Looking For: Our Retail Store Managers focus on customer satisfaction, sales growth, compliance and reporting, safety and security, and employee development. What You'll Be Doing: - Coach and motivate employees to work as a team to achieve excellent customer and patient satisfaction - Conduct analysis of store financials such as Profit and Loss statements and other metrics to achieve store and company goals - Communicate weekly/monthly sales targets and results to team members - Manage product and merchandise inventory - Ensure store operations and all transactions are executed compliantly within established Standard Operating Procedures - Utilize company website, intranet and other social media to promote and maintain awareness of promotions and notable information related to customer satisfaction What You'll Need to Succeed: - A minimum of 2 years of management experience including 2 years working in fast-paced, high volume retail store environment - Proven track-record in consultative sales and sales management experience - Proven ability to analyze and forecast from P/L and other metric reports - Must be able to accommodate scheduling expectations by working a minimum of 4 full shifts per week, including weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts - Must be able to secure appropriate work credentials from the Colorado Department of Revenue, MED - High School Diploma or equivalent is required (and a Bachelor's degree on top is awesome) - Ability to travel within the region and to other locations as needed Sound Great?
