The Role
The Corporate Paralegal will be the main support for our in-house legal function. You will assist our attorneys to prepare integral corporate documents/materials pertaining mainly to transactional functions. There will be emphasis on contract review and negotiation, although the ideal candidate will have experience with a broad range of corporate matters. You love the world of details, whether it's talking about how perfectly organized your closet is to having documents organized and prepped - detail is your middle name. We move quick here at GTI so juggling balls, bowling pins or documents is no trouble for you.
Responsibilities

Researching, reviewing and organizing due diligence materials

Assist in-house legal team with drafting and updating contract templates

Monitor internal compliance with contract policies

Analyze, review and organize records and documents

Assisting in the creation, organization and management of physical and digital data

Serve as the point of contact between the in-house legal team and investors
Qualifications
-
Experienced paralegal with 4+ years of transactional experience in an in-house corporate setting

Bachelors Degree or Paralegal certification required

Ability to be a proactive self-starter who understands details within a larger context

Flexibility and ability to response quickly to shifting demands & priorities

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Advanced communication skills and ability to understand, interpret and convey business, technical, legal and financial information to others
