This role is responsible for making sure that all compliance laws are being followed by our employees, as well as providing office and administrative support to the rest of the GTI team in Holyoke. Responsibilities

Enforce and ensure all OSHA rules are being followed

Assists management with ongoing projects as assigned, balancing short and long term deadlines

Answers and directs phone calls and takes detailed message

Ensures the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office

Welcomes our guests, escort them into conference rooms- has an instinctively hospitable nature

Creates detailed, accurate calendar appointments for travel and company-wide meetings on shared calendars

Assists team with booking travel arrangements

Writes and distributes email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Maintains supply inventory and keep all areas stocked on a regular basis (paper goods, printing areas, groceries, restrooms, and conference room fridges)

Keeps common areas clean and tidy, including reception, meeting rooms, and kitchen

Manages all vendor relationships and research new deals and suppliers

Facilitates occasional catering and light trash removal

Embodies an instinct to keep everything organized at all times

Signs for and accepts deliveries, ensure accuracy of orders

Provides general support to visitors and act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Communications, Business or related field

QuickBooks experience, preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
