Sales Executive Position (Commissions-based only)
Arrow NW is new to the San Diegan market! For this we need a dedicated sales team that is professional, ethical, fun and results-driven. We know this is a commissions only gig, but we'll pay you more than fairly for leads that you generate. We are looking for candidates who either have a very robust list of contacts whom they can contact for easy-win sales, are very well connected in the healthcare, technology or cannabis industries, or both!
Compensation Option #1: Finder's Fee (5%)
You use your existing network and/or skills in networking, and pass leads on to us. The leads that we close to a contract, we'll pay you a 5% finder's fee. If a client that you deliver provides repeat business, we'll pay you an additional 5% commission for the business that that client brings in for up to one year.
Compensation Option #2: Sales Commission (10% and 20%)
You use your existing network and/or skills in networking to seek out and cultivate warm leads for our services. You use your ethics, class and wisdom, as well as a deep knowledge of what our company does, to sell our services. For each marketing, digital media, social media, web development or graphic design project you bring in, we'll pay you a 10% commission. If you bring in a brand identity consulting contract, we'll pay you a 20% commission.
