Commission-based Sales Associate with Growing Experience

Job Description:

Seeking a motivated and independent salesperson who can handle all aspects of sales. The ideal candidate will have a winning attitude and be willing and able to grow a business by cold calling and field prospecting. Desire and dedication for a long-term professional career is a must.

Own cell phone, computer, and car are required.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must be focused and self-driven
• Sales and networking skills/experience
• Knowledge of cannabis industry is a plus
• Contacts in the cannabis industry is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, aggressive, startup environment
• Ability to multi-task and handle numerous clients simultaneously and in a timely manner
• Great telephone/emails skills
• Experience using Google Drive spreadsheets

Compensation:

Starting at 15% commission on all sales with the opportunity to earn up to 25%.
