Chief Executive Officer

We are searching for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our company in the role of General Manager. The General Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors, serving as the responsible managing director of all corporate operations of a medical cannabis dispensary in the city of Hagerstown, Maryland. The ideal candidate for this position has previous corporate management experience, a proven track record for effective team management and results-driven leadership. Experience in the cannabis industry is a must.

Description

The successful candidate will have a passion for this assignment and the ability to lead, motivate and coordinate the efforts of staff members, consultants and volunteers, so that the financial and human resources needed are made available and effectively applied. The goal is to build organizational capacity and grow the business, increase profits and brand awareness, while influencing public and private policy in the Cannabis Industry. The right candidate will have management experience in periods of rapid and paradigm-shifting changes.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of progressive leadership managing operations and strategic direction at the executive level in the cannabis industry.
• Extensive experience in generating capital for emerging organizations, strategic planning, finance, operations and executive management.

Degree

Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in the cannabis industry.
