Job Title: Chemistry Analyst
Compensation: $18-$22/hr. (depending on experience) plus benefits.

A fully independent analytical laboratory located in Boulder, we bring state-of-the-art scientific expertise and technology to help our clients produce safe, pure and effective cannabis products. We are State licensed and certified.
Candidates will be considered for one or more of the following shifts: day shift (8:00AM – 4:30PM or 9:00AM – 5:30PM) Monday through Friday; swing shift (12:00PM – 8:30PM) Monday through Friday; and day shift Tuesday through Saturday.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing samples consisting of a variety of matrices using traditional laboratory technologies such as HPLC, GC/MS and LC/MS/MS
- Preparing samples for analysis
- Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation
- Ensuring that all data generated meet quality control requirements
- Researching new technologies and methodologies to improve laboratory processes and techniques
- Working with the laboratory team to meet reporting deadlines
- Consumables ordering, sample storage and disposal, cleaning and similar lab processes
Qualifications:
- Minimum BS/BA in chemistry, biochemistry, or related field and at least 1 year of laboratory work experience as an analyst
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent laboratory troubleshooting skills
- Detail oriented
- Experience with HPLC, LC/MS/MS, GC and/or GC/MS instrumentation experience required
- Experience in high-throughput labs a strong plus
- Must pass an extensive background security check with no felony convictions and must be able to obtain a Colorado Department of Revenue – Marijuana Enforcement Division key license prior to or at the time of hire
