Job Responsibilities:

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:

• Perform non-invasive exams and obtain health histories
• Evaluate patient for verification of a qualifying condition
• Complete an electronic certification in the MMJ Online System
• Work within sailmd™ and sailcmr™ platform

What You Bring:

• New York-licensed Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP)
• Hold an active license with no prescribing restrictions
• Hold a Board Authorization by the New YORK Board of Registration in Nursing to practice as a CNP
• A New York Controlled Substances Registration
