Overview: Wash Park Boutique, dba Lucy Sky, is an upscale cannabis boutique and cultivation facility located in Denver. We strive to be a leader in producing quality cannabis for both medical and recreational use, and we seek those who share the same vision to be one of tomorrow’s leaders. We are currently seeking applicants with general knowledge of cannabis seeking long term employment.

Job Summary:

Job Title: Cultivation Processor (Trimmer)

Department: Cultivation

Reports to: Cultivation Processing Manager

Cannabis Processors perform the manicuring of harvested plants, all while strictly adhering to MED regulations and WPB policies and procedures. Cannabis Processors are responsible for getting product sale-ready and should be able to listen well and communicate effectively.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse while performing trimmings
• Trim off the stick once plants are dry
• Responsible for maintaining quality product
• May be assigned other job duties as necessary
• Operate with integrity and honesty
• Communicate known issues to the management team to ensure a smooth flow of operations within the company
• Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all staging areas
• Complete side tasks and medicine processing projects

Skills & Qualifications:

• MED Support or Key Badge
• Valid CO Driver’s License
• Must be 21 years of age
• Punctual, meticulous, reliable
• General knowledge of cannabis
• Understanding of laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry
• Compassion for the plant
• Calm and level-headed
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to maintain an enjoyable and productive work environment

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: Cannabis Processors regularly work Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Successful performance of this role requires that the incumbent is physically able to move freely between different parts of the warehouse, lift up to 30 pounds, perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, walking, and kneeling.
