Who we are looking for…

We looking for a driven, talented, entrepreneurial, and creative Sales Manager for NorCal and SoCal. You are someone who has an entrepreneurial and professional spirit, with an internal fire for sales and achievements. A strong candidate will have a history of quota-driven sales success, be proactive, and possess a passion for the cannabis industry.

What you’ll be doing….

As a sales manager, you will oversee a certain territory, and start to develop your retail base or retailers and delivery services. By developing an aggressive pipeline of accounts, and you will become a product and industry expert. The key to your success will be 2 parts. The first is increasing retail footprint within the dispensaries and deliveries services, developing a rapport with their sales team, and conduct product knowledge trainings to ensure our retailers are prepared to educate consumers about the brand and product features. The second is scaling brand awareness, encourage product trial and drive demand, forging deep customer loyalty, and communicating key product benefit and offering through fun, innovative branding events and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new dispensaries and deliveries services
  • Drive orders and execute merchandising strategies to increase store visual display.
  • Nurture these retail relationships before and after launch in store.
  • Conduct in store training for budtenders, develop strong rapport with budtenders and ensure they are advocates for our brand.
  • Work with the retail partners to properly showcase our product and brand, their menus, social media posts, and develop marketing events.
  • Catering to customers needs and providing top notch support
  • Analyze and aware of competition, taking action in developing sales tactics.
  • Understand the retail trends, competition, and general landscape to develop promotions that drive sales.
  • Ability to define opportunities; roll up your sleeves to accomplish the goals
  • Drive Social media connections with higher frequency, relevant content/post/retweets/likes, spread viral results.
  • Encourage ratings and reviews from consumers, and feedbacks to increase insights

Requirements

  • 5 + years of field sales experience, with proven success in a quota-driven environment.
  • Strong connection with top-tier industry player is a plus.
  • Valid CA drivers license
  • Reliable transportation required ( own car and insured)
  • Smart phone, as photos of stores must be emailed to manger, and demo report completed.
  • Communication and sales skills. Retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Confident to engage customers, and friendly out-going personality.
  • Can do light physical work, setting up retail display
