Zen Pro Services is an industry leader dedicated to providing some of the best client services in the I-502 Industry. We work with the producers and processors to sell some of Washington's finest cannabis to retailers all over the State.
We are looking for a key player to help develop, challenge, and engage the team. Someone who can create a relationship driven model that launches the customer and company's profit margins.
The Sales Director coordinates with the Company CEO's to lead the direction of the Sales Department to catapult monthly sales quota while maintaining alignment with the company's Core Values and Principles.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage and coach the day-to-day activities and production of the selling Account Managers, including assessments of their daily, weekly, and monthly account planning.
· Develop the sales skills of the sales team to focus on relationship selling based on customer needs and benefits.
· Develop the sales individuals into a cohesive team that truly embraces teamwork and stays in alignment with Zen’s Core Values and Principles.
· Conduct weekly sales meetings.
· Maintain a constant communication channel with operational management to ensure appropriate inventory flow of finished goods and to develop projections for product growth phases and incoming product avenues.
· Develop and execute strategies to grow and secure new clients to extend the Company's sales potential. Acquire new clients via cold calls, networking, and events attendance. Analyze client metrics to identify trends and issues, and develop recommendations to help optimize social sharing and revenue generation results.
· Regularly contact existing customer ownership and buyers to determine their perception of the level of customer service and satisfaction provided by the Sales team and the Company's service in general. Use problem-solving and analytical skills to determine how to maintain client satisfaction and deliver results.
· Create and execute a defined Sales strategy, to include equitable distribution of stores among the Sales team and focusing on relationship selling based on customer needs and benefits. Exceed revenue expectations monthly and quarterly. Look for opportunities to help grow the business through product innovation and customer needs.
· Understand inventory processes relative to Sales impacts and recommend improvements to maintain a constant flow of inventory.
· Contact potential vendor licensees/stores to develop new accounts promoting all Company products. This includes the manifest and transport of product samples when geographically practical.
· When new stores are added, assign them to appropriate Account Managers.
· Participate in-person, whenever schedule permits, any Vendor Day/In-Store event promoted by Account Managers.
· Attend and contribute to company interdepartmental meetings to represent Sales interests.
· Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), forms, scripts, reports, and other processes related to Sales. Continuously optimize effors related to company-wide goals.
· Demonstrate alignment with Zen’s Core Values and Principles daily.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
QUALIFICATIONS
· Previous successful sales management experience required. Wholesale environment preferred. Cannabis industry experience preferred.
· Working, reliable vehicle for transportation to customer locations and company events when appropriate
· Computer literate with emphasis on Excel, Word, Outlook and sales database systems
· Should have a predisposition towards improving rather than just implementing policies
· Creative and analytical

· Minimum of 21 years old
