OLCC Licensed Marijuana Tier 2 Indoor Producer is looking for ambitious Sales Rep for our company.
This position will require someone who enjoys traveling and meeting people!
Ideal candidates will provide outstanding customer service and develop long-term relationships with dispensaries across the state; delivering our quality crafted cannabis to Oregon's finest retailers. Knowledge of the cannabis industry and products, along with sales experience is highly preferred.
Hours: This is a full-time position; You may be required to work extra hours and/or days due to client needs, unforeseen circumstances, emergencies and/or special events.

Responsibilities and Duties
SUMMARY OF EXPECTATIONS:
- Conversant in OLCC and Oregon rules and laws regarding the marijuana marketplace.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts.
- Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets.
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Keeps management informed by submitting daily activity and results reports such as; daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
- Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports and making recommendations to management.
- Maintain compliance, professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing educational publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Provide historical records on area and customer sales.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years outside sales and/or customer service experience in a high volume dispensary, retail or food-service environment.
