POSITION: Cannabis Processing Specialist

Alis Group, LLC is a premium cannabis producer/processor in the state of Washington. We produce, process and sell multiple brands and strains to meet all the needs of our retail customers in this ever-evolving market. This is an entry level opportunity for individuals interested in high growth potential. We are looking for full time help in our packaging and trimming departments. You do not need experience in the cannabis industry for this position, but it is preferred. A willingness to learn new skills and a strong work ethic is required. RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be part of a highly productive team responsible for fulfilling retail customer orders in an accurate, timely and organized manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Harvesting, sorting and trimming cannabis plants.
• Weighing out cannabis in various sizes for various products.
• Packaging all forms of cannabis, including flower, bud, shake and oil cartridges pursuant to specific company standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Placing labels and barcodes on packages accurately, neatly and timely for delivery to retail customers.
• Preparing, producing, rolling and packaging all joint products.
• Meeting and/or exceeding all daily production goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED
Experience in a teamwork environment.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on repetitive tasks to meet daily production goals.
Positive, can-do attitude, team player with a strong work ethic.
Must be flexible and able to adjust to change.
Present a clean, professional and positive image and appearance
Basic computer skills and knowledge of Excel and Word.
Ability to lift up to 15-35 pounds on a regular basis.
Must be 21 years of age.
Must pass criminal background check.
Valid Washington State driver's license (or the ability to obtain one).

WORK SCHEDULE:

Monday – Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 /hour
