We are now interviewing to fill full/part time positions for overnight cannabis processing at Mankind Cooperative in San Diego!
Data Entry: Be able to navigate and enter product data into our POS system. Carefully pay attention to detail.
Communication: Communicate with all departments easily using company procedure. Must work as a team with everyone and be able to ensure flow and transparency throughout the company. Follow the chain of command set in place when question or issues evolve.
Organization: Complete all paperwork successfully and efficiently. Handle requests in an organized manner.
Product Knowledge: Know what our store carries and be familiar with medicinal cannabis products, weights, measurements, edibles, basic strain knowledge and THC vs CBD.
Qualifications and Background: Computer (MAC and PC) skills and competence with: Word, Excel, email, Google, etc.
Excellent organization skills and attention to detail. A bright and positive, can-do, solutions oriented attitude - especially under pressure; stays upbeat, creative, and goal focused despite setbacks.
Professionalism: Attention to detail, punctual, follow through, self-motivating and managing, organized, focused, completion oriented - excellence oriented. Ability to work independently AND in a team setting.
Time management skills: Willing to do whatever is needed, no job beneath you. Sometimes taking initiative to figure out what's needed and sometimes taking directives on simple tasks. Ambitious learner - A desire to excel, grow, and advance in a whatever-it-takes start-up environment with an exceptional team working on an exceptional mission.
Flexible schedule, including weekends. Must be local and have reliable transportation Trustworthiness, loyalty, honesty, and integrity are core values
Ideal: Experience with Treez POS, Baker, GreenRush and other Cannabis Knowledge Social Media fluency
