Cannabis Package/Trimmer

Job Description

This is an exciting position giving versatility to your day. We have launched an amazing product line and are looking for someone that can take on the challenge of both trimming and packaging in a fun and fast paced environment. The job duties include:

• Working the assembly line weighing and filling of specialty eighths
• Assisting in joint and caviar production
• Gramming out rosin
• Prepping and filling of all equipment
• Overseeing packaging applications(warning labels, strain stickers, other; plus putting it into craft boxes)
• Ensuring accuracy on all packages prior to loading into shipping containers
• Finalizing variable sticker information
• Labeling of all product containers
• Trimming
• Maintain cleanliness of work space and ensure sanitary protocol is meeting companies expectations

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Self motivated and can successfully run a team
• Meticulous and strong eye for detail
• Ability and desire to work as a team
• Previous work experience with trimming cannabis, weighing cannabis and/or packaging cannabis.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Possess a current MED badge
• Prior experience in the cannabis industry with trimming and packaging/processing department

The schedule is currently M-F 8:30am-4:30pm. Your days will be split to include two days of packaging and three days of trimming. This is subject to change depending on the work load.

The best way for us to interview for a position like this is to see you in action. If selected we will have you in for a trim tryout which is a two day process. You will be compensated $9/hour for your time at the end of the tryout.
