Cannabis Oil Packager
REQUIRED SHIFT: M-F 6 AM – 2 PM with some overtime as approved
The packager is responsible for weighing and measuring the completed concentrates into required increments provided by manager. There will also be box creation and packing the concentrate into its final component box.
The position is detail oriented, repetitious, and requires sitting for long periods of time with some heavy lifting of up to 30 lbs. As part of the team, the qualified individual will have a positive attitude, and desire to develop with this rapidly growing operation.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manually fill jars quickly but accurately
Labeling, folding and packaging boxes
Apply compliance stickers accurately
Complete tasks efficiently to meet or exceed daily quotas for packaging
Inspect packaging and products to guarantee they are free of flaws and assembled correctly
Understand the needs of the company and work with team members to achieve goals
Clean and sanitize work area, practice good food safety handling techniques at all times
Requirements:
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended period of time
Detail oriented and organized
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED Required
Previous packaging or assembly-line experience preferred but not required
Must have excellent manual dexterity and impeccable personal Hygiene
