Plant Nutrition Technologies Grower Manager
Job Description
Plant Nutrition Technologies is a startup biological plant nutrition company in the cannabis space. We are looking for a grower relationship manager with a background in horticultural or agronomic plant nutrition management to manage product trials and provide grower support. The responsibilities of this person will include:
- Be in charge of ALL data collection from trial partners and ensure that they are collecting and uploading data correctly and on time
- Provide technical support to our trial partners on the use of the PNT products and system
- Develop and manage analysis of all trial data and work with PNT management to develop strategies to present and utilize the data
- Support PNT management in account management of trial partners
- Research and identify potential distributor and grower relationships
- Serve as product steward for PNT products to assure their proper use and disposal in accordance with all applicable safety and regulatory guidelines
- Ensure proper trial protocols against the competition and other technologies.
- Ensure trial protocols are meticulously followed correctly by trial partners
- Ability to build relationships both internal and external.
Required Skills
- Ability to gain cooperation and be assertive when needed
- Analytical skills including ability to read and understand nutritional values relating to soil, water and plant material.
- Must be able to manage personal goals, corporate objectives and keep a customer centric focus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer skills to include: G Suite, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Map Point
- Must have excellent decision making and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute in a team setting.
- Must be able to travel up to 50%.
Required Experience
- Bachelor degree/working on a degree in Agronomy or related field with coursework in plant science, soil science, plant health and plant nutrition.
- Experience in agricultural or horticultural plant nutrition.
This job is being posted in Denver, but applicants from all regions of the US will be considered, particularly any West Coast.
