Cannabis Demo Rep

A growing veteran owned and operated wholesale distributor is accepting applications from solid candidates 21 years old and older for a hard-charging Brand Ambassador to join our growing company. Candidates must enjoy engaging with others, possess integrity, and pay close attention to detail.

We are seeking a candidate with a positive disposition and innate people skills to develop long-lasting relationships with dispensaries, retail stores, and their customers throughout California. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading company in a new, booming industry.

You must have experience in sales. Relationships in the cannabis industry are a plus, but not a requirement. You must be a self-motivated individual who can organize their schedule independently and manage their time well, remaining focused on the tasks at hand, and have the physical capability to be on your feet for most of the day.

Responsibilities:

• Visit retail locations and hold demo days on a daily basis.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
• Proactively engage with consumers, buyers, cultivators, manufacturers, and executives.
• Track and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
• Maintain working knowledge of all of the brands the company represents.
• Drive to retail locations across all Northern California.
• Communicate, build, and maintain thriving relationships with club managers to drive sales in their retail locations.

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years old or older with valid government I.D.
• Driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance.
• Be on-site, on time for all trainings and events.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply product-related information in a professional manner.
• High level of integrity, personal motivation, and sense of urgency.
• Flexible schedule to be able to work all days of the week and weekend.
