Artemis brand is announcing the return of our delivery services for both Medical and recreational. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to oversee the sales of Territory Managers. This position reports to the Vice President of Sales.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Lead our sales team
- Dispense at key popular dispensaries and become familiar with our distribution partners and sales team
- Coordinate & work side-by-side with field marketing team executing events, in store displays and field marketing
- Build & execute sales plan. Meet and/or exceed goals & objectives both individually and as a team
- Develop and maintain an operational manual
- Develop, plan & execute all promotion, merchandising and discount programs both on and offline
- Set up and test merchandising, marketing and promotional plans for products to maximize marketing mix, before expanding to other markets
- Dispense at larger dispensary accounts and delivery services
- Dispense at outlets & maintain ongoing vendor distributor connections. We need constant assessment of our product status at these locations. I.e. How are they selling it?
- Set up long term sales relationships with both buyers & budtenders
- Attend & represent brands at industry conferences and trade shows
- Manage team of territory manager, sales support and customer service
- You will be the champion of the brand making sure our communication messaging is clear, on strategy and consistent throughout the organization
- Travel – Travel as necessary to support marketing, trade and retail events
Qualifications:
- Experience building and leading a sales territory in a high-growth environment within food & beverage, cannabis, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical industries or related industries
- A sales leader who can also motivate their group to meet their goals & objectives.
- Sell in and design programs with regional partners, distribution partners, delivery services and large-scale accounts
- Self-starter who knows how to design and execute for he/she and their team promotional plans and merchandising displays.
- Experience supporting retail accounts with exceptional sales service and follow up - we want to partner and support our customers – not just sell them
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, get things done environment without lots of systems support
- Strong people skills including motivating others to make things happen
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across functions to achieve buy-in and gain support for sales efforts
- Someone who is driven to find out what our customers want and need and then helping us deliver products that fill those needs
- Sales leader who can execute - it’s all about action and deliverables
- Preference: Prior training in a larger consumer packaged goods company Previous experience managing sales territory/region in a high growth entrepreneurial company. And we would just love it if you had experience in the Cannabis industry as well : -)

Salary: $15,000.00 to $18,720.00 /year
