greenRush is modern Cannabis eCommerce. The greenRush.com platform provides consumers with access to thousands of Cannabis products across hundreds of dispensaries and cities.
We are looking for a Cannabis Delivery Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our clients: dispensary owners & operators and cannabis brands. This role will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and develop new business from existing clients. The right person for this role will have extensive experience managing client relationships as well as be familiar with delivery services and logistics (preferably in cannabis or a similar industry).

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage partner relationships and troubleshoot their issues in a timely manner
Technical mid-level to senior account manager capable of managing and growing 360 accounts exclusively
Engage, educate, collaborate, with external partners at all levels of the organization
Serve as the primary liaison between partners, customer service, and product development
Become an expert at onboarding and presenting greenRush products and services
Help build the tools and processes needed to serve, retain and grow our most important partners
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Understand & qualify client needs well; great listener to support this
Experience with delivery services & logistics (preferably in cannabis or a similar industry)
Experience defining dispatch processes & SOP’s
Ability to organize & streamline driver logistics and/or experience working with driver tracking software (Tookan, OnFleet, etc.)
Point-of-Sale experience (Blaze, Cova, MJ Freeway, Treez, etc.)
Basic understanding of APIs
Can explain e-commerce intelligently; direct experience a plus
Strong familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs
Excellent project management & time management skills
Strong oral and written communication skills; extremely attentive to detail

Incredibly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
