About the Opportunity
We are building a new fully licensed, legal and compliant Cannabis Delivery system. The Cannabis Delivery Fleet Director will be responsible for architecting, optimizing, documenting, hiring, training and managing a team of Cannabis delivery dispatchers executing thousands of Cannabis delivery orders daily.
The right candidate for this role possesses an extreme orientation to detail and is obsessed with efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Experience architecting and documenting SOP/protocols
- Strong managerial capabilities
- SOP/Protocol Documentation
- Experience hiring/building teams
- Strong driver tracking technical knowledge, including array of tech stacks used to execute deliveries
- Strong geo-spatial skills and CA geography knowledge
- Delivery and logistics background
- Experience building call centers and familiar with the tools needed to implement, etc
- Entrepreneurial spirit with previous experience in early startups. You think outside of the box and are resourceful and fiscally responsible
- Customer service background is a plus
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus
- Must be able to commute to Redwood city daily**
