We are looking for East Valley based delivery personnel who can deliver to the East Valley and its surrounding areas. Using our highly competitive compensation structure, you have the potential to make upwards of $15+/hr. We are especially looking for candidates who are available to work full time, including evening, weekends, and holidays.
What you need to know:

- LEGAL: truBLISS is a state licensed dispensary. You will work under a dispensary agent card making your trips fully legal and compliant by law enforcement.
- REGULAR PAYMENTS: get paid on a bi-weekly basis.
What you do:
- Deliver MMJ orders to truBLISS’s patients within a 15-mile radius of Power and Warner Roads in Mesa using Supurb technology.
- Follow routes and time schedules automated through Supurb technology.
- Provide customers with great customer service and attention including assisting them on product knowledge and future ordering suggestions.
- Communicate with patients on the status/updates of your ETA via the Supurb ap.
- Collect payments for the deliveries made.
- Assist in approving and packaging orders in between deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, safe, insured vehicle.
- Follow all state/city laws.
Requirements:
- You are at least 21 years old.
- You have a reliable vehicle, year 2000 or newer registered in Arizona and a clean driving record.
- You have a current valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (full coverage) and registration.
- You have a smartphone with data able to receive directional GPS.
- You are eligible to work in the U.S. and have proof in the form of a passport, social security card, etc.
- Able to pass a background check – NO DRUG OR VIOLENCE RELATED FELONY CHARGES: WILL NOT PASS STATE QUALIFICATIONS.
- Have knowledge on the different products, weight units and the general industry.
- You have a great personality with a professional, safe and discreet approach to customer service.
- It's not required but if you have previous employment experience as a delivery driver, courier, taxi driver, etc that's a plus.
- We require all our drivers to be highly professional with great salesmanship.
