About the Opportunity
We are building a new fully licensed, legal and compliant Cannabis Delivery system. The Cannabis Delivery Dispatcher will be responsible for ensuring each customer receives outstanding customer service experience from the beginning to end of the process.
This person must give every customer a positive and friendly experience over the phone. Providing assistance to all who need help facilitating the online ordering process. And making sure to do so with the highest level of customer service. We are looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual who performs at an exceptional level during high pressure situations. Extremely precise and clear communication is a pivotal part for this role. While understanding and embracing the mission of greenRush, affiliate organization(s), and their role in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Set-up and Process customers orders using POS and Routing applications
- Provide support for drivers who need assistance out on their delivery routes.
- Log operational and tech issues.
- Occasionally Package orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customers service by phone, text, email, Slack and during and other interactions.
- Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners and staff.
- Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently, and communicate customer requests and/or problems to a manager when needed.
- Maintain a positive work environment conductive to trust and respect.
- Maintain strictest confidentiality in compliance with HIPPA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Personal knowledge in various cannabis products. Preferred not required.
- Available to work varied hours/days, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and/or events (Required).
- Strong driver tracking technical knowledge, including array of tech stacks used to execute deliveries
- Strong geo-spatial skills and CA geography knowledge
- The ability to make rapid decisions in a high pressure environment.
- Excellent communication, social and organization skills.
- Incredible ability to multi-task.
- A can-do, optimist attitude
- Ability to adhere to the highest customer service standards at all times.
- Ability to communicate clearly, honestly and effectively with customers and staff in all situations.
