About Our Client
Our client is an online ordering platform for all the best marijuana dispensaries. It's a web application where dispensaries can create menus and manage orders, as well as provide a user-friendly way for consumers to place an order for delivery or pickup. Our goal is to make the process of choosing a dispensary and ordering marijuana easy, convenient, and of course, fun!As our first Customer Service Representative will be responsible for monitoring orders live time, to confirm our clients have received, confirmed, fulfilled and closed all orders in a timely manner.You'll also be monitoring and responding to live chat requests from both clients and customers as well as answering incoming toll-free calls.

Qualifications

-Very comfortable using various software platforms.

-A people person! Ability to handle customers/clients of all kinds.
-You take pride in customer support and the value it brings a company.
-Self-starter - you're proactive and are able to light your own fire.
-Adaptive- you understand each client is different, and you are able to mold your support on the fly.
-Great communication skills.
-Solid understanding of cannabis products, and a strong appreciation for the cannabis space.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00 to $45,000.00 /hour

Experience:

  • Cannabis: 1 year (Required)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
