Cultivation Manager
Reports to: Director of Cultivation
Location: Bridgewater, Massachusetts
Summary:
Theory Wellness has begun the cultivation of medical cannabis in our state of the art facility in Bridgewater, Massachusetts. We are seeking a Cultivation Manager to join our team whom will be responsible for the day-to-day cultivation operations.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring compliance with all Department of Health regulations
- Hiring, training and managing an adequate cultivation staff to ensure execution of Master Cultivation Schedule, including supervisors and team leads
- Helping to select strains based on yield, quality and labor associated
- Ensuring compliance with quality control standards of all cultivation processes and reporting issues to Plant Health Specialist and Director of Cultivation.
- Executing day to day cultivation operations based on the cultivation schedule set by Director of Cultivation
- Ensuring accurate and complete data collection as required by the Master Cultivation Schedule
- Working with Plant Health Specialist to identify and troubleshoot plant related issues in all phases of cultivation
- Organizing, executing and constantly improving cultivation processes and procedures including environmental, feeding, integrated pest management and pruning, as directed.
- Developing cultivation KPI’s with Vice President of Operations and consistently hitting KPI goals.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of management experience.
- 4+ years indoor cannabis cultivation experience.
- Experience growing with a hydroponic media
- High level of dedication to position
- Strong proficiency with G-Suite, Office and general computer work
- Flexible schedule and can work weekends
- Ability to organize and lead a team
- Digital organizational skills and experience
- Task prioritization skills
- Able to push, pull, lift and carry up to 70 lbs. and sit, stand, kneel and bend throughout the workday
