QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
We will require that persons interested meet the following minimum requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- No criminal record. Able to pass background check
- Tribal Member/US Citizen with two valid IDs and SSN card (for non-tribal applicants)
- Responsible cannabis user – sober at all times while working !
- 1+ years of retail or customer service experience
- Professional demeanor with customers and problem-solving attitude
- Team oriented person with a friendly outgoing personality
- Reliable transportation to arrive 15 minutes before start of shift
SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES MAY BE/HAVE :
- Previous experience with inventory systems/procedures
- Medical cannabis or other healthcare experience or consulting
- Knowledgeable of cannabis products, recreational, medical uses
- Knowledgeable of applicable Tribal rules governing sales and handling of cannabis products
- Extensive non-cannabis retail experience, including management experience
- Previous experience with retail POS
