This full-time role allocates time between in-house design services and marketing department design projects.This position is for a tenured Brand Manager with a wide range of experience and a willingness to commit to learn new innovative creative skill sets. This role would be best suited for someone who has creative disposition, works well with project timelines and is committed to excellence in creative output.
Responsibilities
- Holds the creative vision for the brand. Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
- Engage and grow the audience across all owned social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter.
- Develop, create and deploy all content for marketing, event and informational purposes.
- Work proactively to identify new social engagement opportunities under tight deadlines.
- Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met + develop a library of assets
- Has Experience building a creative services dept and loves developing processes and infrastructure to help facilitate growth in the marketing dept.
- Manages the graphic design workflow and processes. Formulates graphic list and create schedule of assigned projects for each day with specific goals to ensure timelines are met.
- Responsible for all ad material graphics including magazine ads, billboards, fliers, newsletter/email blasts, videos, invites, sales kits, etc.
- Creates complex digital files from “scratch” for a variety of media, in print, and web.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in branding, design, marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
- 2+ years of experience working in social media
- Experience in consumer products and packaging development
- Ability to multitask multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Experience in Video creation + Social Media content a MUST
- Must be able to pass a background screening
