Cannabis Brand Ambassadors in LA, OC, IE & SD

Looking for fun, happy, healthy and smart cannabis lovers that are as knowledgeable as they are passionate about cannabis. Must be lika-able, reliable, and MUST USE & KNOW CANNABIS!

Bud-tending and previous brand ambassador experience is what we're ideally looking for. At minimum, applicant should have experience and basic knowledge of flower (strains, cannabinoids, terps), concentrates (vape, sauce, shatter, budder, crumble, sugar), edibles as well as general medicinal benefits of cannabis. Knowledge of different brands and their products is a major plus.

We need Brand Ambassadors in LA, OC, IE and SD. We rarely book anyone more than an hour away from home.

Position Summary:

Our brand ambassadors will be responsible for representing the very awesome brands we distribute to patients/customers at our dispensary accounts. Their primary job is to stoke out every person that walks through the door with good vibes. Every person walking in should be stoked you/we are there. In addition, they will be educating and promoting sales through our specials for the event.

Average events are 3 hours. Expect to work 1-6 events/wk. Tradeshows and festivals are full days.

Responsibilities:

• Execute promotions with little to no supervision
• Be punctual, reliable, articulate, respectful and uplifting
• Brand and product knowledge (we train everyone, but foundational knowledge expected)
• Engage positively and educationally with virtually everyone you encounter
• Set-up, break down and maintain demo kit (table, table-cover, displays, swag, marketing collateral, etc.)
• Thorough event reporting

Qualifications:

• 21+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• California Medical MJ Recommendation
• Reliable transportation
• High School Diploma, G.E.D.
• Minimum 1- 2 years bud-tending, brand ambassador, event marketing or sales experience
• Ability to work 1-4 days/week, including weekends
• Stand comfortably for up to 8 hours a day.
• Camera phone with ability to take and send pictures in real-time
