Cannabis Adviser

Cannary West is a new and fully licensed Cannabis Retailer. We are looking to hire a few Cannabis Advisers (Budtender) to complete our team! As an adviser you are expected to be knowledgeable in all things cannabis. Know the benefits of the different cannabinoids, the different strains and what will be the best option for someone to try as well as professional. Our ideal candidate has experience in the cannabis industry, wants to help people, and has a passion for both. This industry is booming and we want people who are interested in being part of it.

• Must be 21+
• Customer Service/Retail experience
• Cash Handling experience
• Cannabis Knowledge
• Team Player
• Professional
• Knowledge of rules/laws regarding medical and recreational Cannabis - 2018
• High school Diploma or equivalent
• Responsible for sales and customer experience by greeting customers warmly when they enter
• Maintaining a tidy, safe, and inviting store environment
• Ensure the sales floor/stations are properly stocked
• Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
• Maintain product knowledge
• Accurately use and maintain the Point Of Sale (POS) system in person and for online orders
• Correct cash handling and discount application
• Verifying proper paperwork, documentation and ID for patients
