Title:

• Account Sales Representative

Product:

• Fertilizer for cannabis, roses, perennials and vegetables.

Job Duties:

• Initiates sales process by identifying target accounts, scheduling appointments and making initial presentations.
• Explain product capabilities.
• Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts.
• Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products.
• Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive product and reactions from accounts.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Prior sales experience
• Highly ambitious
• Driver’s license and car
• Understanding of cannabis industry and knowledge of roses and other flowers a plus
• 30 hours per week minimum

Compensation:

• 1099 Independent Contractor (no benefits)
• $1,500/month base for two months then $2,500 per month thereafter
• Sales commission = 10% of sales Year 1 (5% Year 2; 2.5% Year 3 and thereafter – assuming still working with company)
• $0.50/mile car allowance
