The Role
We are looking for a talented, curious, and highly motivated Business Analyst/Data Scientist to join the team. A strong candidate will be able to turn data into insights and work with product team to turn those insights into features our users will love.
Responsibilities
Own KPIs and business dashboards. Use SQL and analytics tools to create KPI’s and deliver them to business users through real-time dashboards.
Collaborate with Business and Data teams to gather requirements, develop, and deliver regular reports.
Analyze and understand trends and drivers, as well as business risks and opportunities to produce recommendations and insights to drive effective decisions.
Work closely with different business teams to prioritize and support decision making.
Support data quality initiatives through analysis and monitoring data streams.
Qualifications & Skills
Good data skills: experience using SQL for complex queries and joining datasets from multiple systems. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
Experience working with analysis tools such as Pandas, SciPy, Scikit, Jupyter/iPython notebooks
An understanding of basic descriptive and inferential statistics
Ability to multitask and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
High level of written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized and able to self-manage your daily schedule and priorities
