Business Development Manager

Consults clients on license related matters as well as any necessary zoning and land entitlement matter with a given city or county.

Cultivate alcohol licensing leads into clients.
Acts as a liaison between clients, the Dept of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Bureau of Cannabis Control, and city/county officials for all licensing needs.
Consult and prepare necessary application materials for clients and monitor progress with state/city officials.
Reach out to potential license sellers and coordinate deals.
