We are a young 420 friendly company with hundreds of clients from various industries and background based in the Boston, MA and Seattle, WA area.

Our services include: branding, web & online marketing strategy, website design, packaging design, e-mail marketing, social media marketing and search engine optimization.

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Seattle, WA. We are looking for a self-starter who can utilize their sales skills to help build our company in the fast-growing cannabis industry, be a key player, and make an immediate impact with huge potential. The Business Development Executive position will be focused on driving revenue by handling leads (outbound and inbound) and selling the Cannabis Creative Group marketing services to prospects in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Generating new sales leads
  • Following up on inbound leads and sales inquires
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and on-road travel to cannabis dispensaries, cannabis retailers and cannabis growers/producers/farmers
  • Introducing and presenting the Cannabis Creative Group’s services to prospective clients
  • Putting together sales contracts and proposals
  • Representing the Cannabis Creative Group at industry events, cannabis trade shows and networking events
  • Working closely with the CEO and Director of Business Strategy to identify strategic business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in sales demonstrated ability to cold-call and prospect new business
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree
  • Self-motivated and strong desire to succeed
  • Trade show experience
  • 420 friendly, prior cannabis industry experience preferred
  • Digital marketing agency experience preferred
  • Saas sales or marketing experience a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Access to reliable mode of personal transportation
