Our tech development team is looking for a fun yet strategic Executive Assistant to join their team. This person and role will need to have an “all hands on deck” mentality and attitude. We are looking for someone who is able and willing to help out in all facets of business growth and management. From account management, product design, operations leadership, this role will be quite diverse. This position will eventually develop into a more specialized role once specialized skills become developed.

Job Duties:
- Lead and create current & future development tasks
- Develop and release project roadmap based on business targets, data analysis, and understanding of client fit.
- Help run a team of international developers on project implementation
- Analyze product performance, receive and examine customer feedback, make responsive decisions
- Help sales team with the onboarding and maintenance of new clients
- Become an industry expert by reading & studying market trends on a local and national level
- Work in collaboration with team of developers, the UX development team, and key leaders of the company in a remote fashion
Essential Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to draft, maintain and launch projects through team management skills
- Product strategy building experience
- Demonstrated experience software management tools
- Be able to lead and work in collaboration with remove team
- Provide evidence of success principles in and outside of a work environment
- Have consistency in following tasks to completion
- Strong multitasking ability
- Great leadership, communication, & interpersonal skills
- Have a career-oriented mindset
Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree: Business Development, Business Management, Finance, Economics, Political Science, Public Administration or related fields.
- 3+ years in any business building or administrative positions
- 1 + years using team collaboration tools & software management tools
