- At least 6 months of experience in a high volume, fast-paced retail sales or customer service position
- Ability to remain 100% compliant in a highly-regulated role, operating under the microscope of ever changing rules and regulations
- Strong communication skills, since we’ll rely on you to work seamlessly with customers, coworkers, and managers
- Ability to master complex Point of Sale software – don’t worry, we’ll teach you!
- Flawless cash handling skills
- Strong work ethic with a team player mentality and a positive, can-do attitude – we work hard, but we all know it’s worth it
- Regular and on-time attendance
- Commitment to a minimum of a 40-hour work week that will have you on your feet for 10-12 hours per day
- Availability to work a full-time schedule that will include weekends, evenings, and holiday shifts, including location changes and overtime as needed
- Reliable transportation
- Must be a Colorado state resident
- High School Diploma or GED (this is a must; a college degree on top is awesome)
- Be able to obtain your badge with the Colorado MED
