We are a Medical and Recreational Dispensary located close to the Denver Art Museum. We are searching for current MED badged individuals, with flexible availability for a full time position as a Budtender with possibility to move into a Lead position with the right skill set and mindset.
Budtender Responsibilities (Support or Key Badge Required):
-Great customer service/people skills
-Multi-tasking and able to take direction/finish tasks
-Communication skills
-Knowing weights and able to pre-weigh flower, rolls joints
-Lift up to 50lbs, and be on feet majority of the day.
-Basic understanding of Marijuana and the effects on the body
-Some product knowledge (vape accessories, edibles, topicals, concentrates, flower strains, CBD products etc...)
-Punctual, with reliable transportation to and from work.
-Money handling skills (giving change, accepting payment etc...)
Lead Responsibilities (Key Badge Required):
-Delegate tasks
-Lead by example
-Open availability to open and close the store
-Helping with inventory counts
-Accepting product from Vendors
-Inputting information into POS system
-Money handling skills (Vendor payments, making change for drawers etc...)
