Maggie's is a medical cannabis dispensary located in the Hampden neighborhood of Baltimore City. We currently have an opening for a full time budtender/dispensary agent. This position is primarily on the sales floor conducting one on one patient sales and consultations. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who value teamwork, problem solving, and professionalism with outstanding customer service skills. Candidates must have 3+ years of retail sales experience and a belief in medical cannabis as a positive program.
Requirements;
. Pass a drug test and state/federal background check
. open availability including evenings and weekends
. 3+ years of retail sales experience
. High school diploma/ GED and some college
. Computer point of sales skills and cash handling skills
. Ability to operate in compliance in a highly regulated industry
. Live locally in the greater Baltimore area with reliable transportation
