Position Summary : This position is responsible for providing product knowledge to our clients, interacting in a professional manner; ensuring all questions are answered and needs are met.
Essential Functions :
- Responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions about products and advising patients on product selection.
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of all products offered.
- Take inventory or examine products to identify items to be reordered or replenished.
- Restock shelves with products as needed; reports shortages in inventory and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service with a high degree of professionalism while interacting with public and internal customers, to resolve problems and answer questions in person.
- Balance cash drawers at the end of the shift and calculate daily transaction.
- Complete discretion and confidentiality is required of this position at all times.
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrate a passion for the industry and a working knowledge of our products.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Possess a professional, polished appearance, manner, and attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with external customers to provide good customer service.
- Be and remain compliant with any and all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Understanding of applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry and local municipal codes.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task is an asset.
- Possess reliable transportation.
- Flexible schedule a must including the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered, including internal experience.
- Previous budtending experience preferred.
- Must consent to and successfully pass background check.
- Have a Colorado driver’s license or State ID card.
- Be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Working Conditions:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to perform grasping, talking, hearing, seeing and repetitive motions.
Physical Demands:
May be required to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, carry and balance up to 75 pounds (200 pounds with assistance)
