Budtender Job Description
-Maintains The Green Room expectations of superior customer service; goes above and beyond to help all customers.
-Arrives at work on time for all scheduled shifts ready to be productive.
-Greeta and checks in customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
-Maintains extensive knowledge pertaining to all TGR products and services, can answer questions from customers and find the appropriate products for their needs.
-Answers phone and takers proper phone messages.
-Dierects vendors/ other inquiries to the manager, assistant manager, or headbudtenders.
-Drives sales through upselling techniques.
-Maintains TGR’s privacy policies, does not share information about the garden, grow process or other employees.
-Maintains a high standard of security for the store, follows protocols in place to ensure safety and MED compliance.
-Ensures the sales floors are in stock. Informs headbudtender when products are running low.
-Maintains a clean and organized budroom/ front room/ budbar.
-Shows mastery of our current POS system and its features.
-Handles cash and infused products with care and responsibly. This means ensuring an accurate register and inventory at the end of the shift.
-Encourages customer loyalty with positive client interactions.
-Represents the TGR brand both maturley and responsibly.
-Completes all tasks delegated by head budtenders or managment, displays a teamplayer attitude with emphasis on positivity.
-Appropriately address conflict/ complaints and informs headbudtenders of management.
