As a bud tender, you get to showcase your product knowledge and education in both recreational and medical sales. Our staff delivers only the highest levels of customer service, processing and completing transactions accurately and quickly, helping clients discover the product that is just right for them.

What we expect of our budtenders:

• Superior listening skills and ability to provide effective, friendly and prompt service to a variety of customers.
• Professional appearance.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Strong cash handling experience and P.O.S. ability.
• You must be reliable, able to understand and follow directions, self-motivated and hungry for growth opportunities.
• You must have extensive knowledge of cannabis, hemp, and CBD, and be able to guide customers in their medical cannabis purchases.
• You must be dedicated and driven to succeed; Nature Quest rewards high achievers with growth opportunities!
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance as scheduled is mandatory.
• Prior retail experience is a must.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• OLCC marijuana handlers card required; OMMP patient medical card preferred.
