About us:

Pueblo West Organics produces quality flower and trim to supply our store fronts, Pueblo West Organics and our extraction lab, Pat Pen. Our mission is to give consumers great flower and trim at a fair and reasonable price. We believe in building strong, lasting relationships with our customers by providing them with excellent customer service. Since 2013, we have been selling cannabis and cannabis products to Colorado medical patients and in 2014 began selling to the recreational market. Since 2013, we have grown almost 10 times our size and continue to grow to meet the demands of the cannabis market.
In this role, you will:

• Work with similarly minded energetic, driven and intelligent colleagues in a fasted paced and exciting industry
• Work in at Pueblo West Organics, and provide great customer service to every customer
• Work with Store Manager to ensure inventory is reflected accurately
• Prep and quality control check EVERY shipment that enters the facility
• Stay current with MED’s laws and regulations
• Maintain a calm demeanor during times of high production
• Conduct necessary audits to maintain inventory control
• Execute any other duties assigned by management

About you:
We’re looking for candidates with 1-4 years of customer service experience, a passion for the cannabis industry, likes to work with numbers, and problem solve. Candidates must be intelligent, personable, and educated (and sound like it on the phone). Available to work flexible hours including: mornings, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
You must have:

• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
• 1 year of cash handling experience
• Previous METRC experience OR previous experience of inventory control
• Have a strong attention to detail
• The desire to meet and exceed measurable sales goals
• A MED SUPPORT or KEY badge

Salary: $10.20 /hour
