Seeking someone with stellar customer service skills who also has a passion for cannabis. We are a licensed recreational and medical cannabis retailer where the customer experience is top priority. This is a challenging job, as it requires strict compliance with LCB regulations as well as exceptional interpersonal skills. We’re here to have fun and be a key positive part of the community.
Your daily duties will include:
*Engaging with customers, answering their questions, and helping them make decisions
*Speaking about cannabis in a mature, respectful way
*Complying with all laws
*Maintaining store cleanliness and displays
*Completing sales transactions and contributing to team goals
Requirements:
*Positive, team-oriented attitude
*Strong attention to detail
*Ability to operate POS with extreme accuracy
*Strong computer skills
*Cannabis knowledge (specific strain and product knowledge is a plus, but we will train)
*Ability to focus and stay calm in busy, fast-paced situations
*Ability to work while standing for extended periods of time
*Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 pounds
*Must be at least 21 years of age
*Punctuality; reliable transportation is a must
*Available to work on nights and weekends
