Job Title : Budtender

Reports to : Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager

Overview : The role of the Budtender is to ensure that our clients and patients are cared for in a way that is consistent with our brand standards. In their role, they will demonstrate a level of knowledge that will provide important information to each patient regarding our strains and products. The Budtender should be well versed on the topic of cannabis regarding health and wellness.

Qualifications :

• 21+
• High School Diploma
• Must have Medical Marijuana card
• 2 years of retail experience
• Available nights, weekends, and holidays
• Able to bend, stand, sit for long periods of time

Responsibilities :

• Patient consultation
• Follow day to day standard operating procedures
• Takes direction from manager on duty
• Properly follow cash handling procedures
• Maintain an understanding of and follow HIPPA regulations
• Maintain an understanding of and apply State program regulations
• Follow security protocol
• Restock inventory and organize product displays
• Updating store menus, Weedmaps and Leaflyprofiles
• Maintain cleanliness of store

Salary: $12.00 to $15.00 /hour
