Hello! Well established cannabis company looking for qualified OLLC Marijuana Worker Permitted individuals to join the team. We are looking for motivated, reliable, professional, team oriented budtenders. We are open 365 days a year from 7 am to 10 pm, which entails the staff working nights, weekends and holidays. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Guide and direct customers in their cannabis purchasing journey
• Answer customer questions and concerns
• Meet and exceed sales goals
• Ensure compliance in all transactions
• Assist with opening/closing of store and other tasks as assigned
• Outstanding inventory tracking and control
• Maintaining a clean comfortable retail and work environment
• Communicate in a clear, effective and respectful manner with guests, co-workers, and management.
• Complete sales adhering to the proper steps for both Nectar and compliance
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
