We are looking for full-time/part-time budtenders to join our team! Only applicants with open availability, previous experience and a MED badge will be considered. Applicants who do not live in Colorado will not be considered for this position! Qualified candidates will be available nights and weekends.
This position is responsible for assisting the management team with the activities and operations of the store, while abiding by policies, procedures and operational guidelines. Responsible for helping patients, checking them out, cash handling and customer service. We're looking for hard-working, positive team players!
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Promote a work environment that is positive, customer-service oriented, and compliant with established policies and procedures
- Perform above and beyond customer service and hospitality to the standards of the company
- Capable of accurately ringing in all customer transactions with 100% accuracy and compliancy
- Correct cash handling and discount application
- Verify proper paperwork, documentation, and identification
- Accurate and timely data entry of patient profiles
- Responsible for product knowledge
- Answer the phone and greet walk-in customers
- Complete all daily duties checklists with integrity
- Ensures store presence is well maintained, tidy, and inviting
- Maintains organized store displays and inventory stock
- Notifies Shift Leads or Managers of low inventory stock
- Other duties as assigned by the management team
Skills & Qualifications:
- MED Support or Key Badge
- One year of budtending experience a must
- One year of cash handling experience, preferred
- Able to use POS system (Flowhub preferred)
- Punctual, meticulous, reliable
- General knowledge of cannabis and cannabis infused products
- Understanding of laws and regulations as they pertain to the industry
- Compassion for patients and guests
- Fun attitude and strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain an enjoyable and productive work environment
- Great communication skills
- Responsible with a level of integrity
- A team player mentality with scheduling flexibility
- Ability to work in a fast paced, heavily regulated environment
- Must be confident and customer service oriented when dealing with patients/customers on the phone and in person as well
